It doesn't overly harm financially either because recording artists get so little from record sales. I dunno, I guess if someone downloads a couple of songs to see if they like it then buys an album I guess that's helping financially. Personally I prefer buying records from independant or unsigned bands because they get more of the money. Gene Simmons is plenty rich enough.</p> <p>9. Because there is still a huge audience for it, as proven by events such as Rocklahoma, and major bands like Poison, Van Halen, etc are still selling out shows. (I could go on forever about this!
