Not a strings player myself, but it will be easier on you if you build up the time you play each day. Start small and increase. So I been practicing How to play Dream On By Aerosmith and I notice that my fingers (Left Hand) has been turning Reddish and it start to hurt a tiny bit (Almost no pain).
