"Ive gotta say The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars - David Bowie. When I stick that CD on it plays righ through. My problem is its only like 40 minutes long. It's ver before you realise it and its not fair. So normally i start it again .
Id have to say The Velvet Underground & Nico aswell though. Not sure if they are really considered Glam but they contain some elements, definitely.
Izzy"
- IzzyPlatinum

Excellent taste!!
And the Velvet Underground are definately Glam, just not referenced to it as much now.

First of all people, my collection has evolved over many years and the fact that I DJ doesn't help I have sold many CDs over the years as I don't have room for them and I also have many in storage. There was a period where many were bought from charity shops (A good cheap place to look for rare and unwanted music).

The point here is simple - I only keep the albums that I really like or ones that are rare. Everytime I buy a CD I have to remove a not so popular album from my shelf. Getting a bigger shelf is not an option here.

I wonder how many members on this site own albums that they don't really like? I know thay my collection improves in quality all the time and one day all the crap will be gone.

One of my next CDs will be Southgang's "Tainted Angel" but as I don't really like it at all I'm only buying it cos it is rare and worth £35 ($57) I won't be paying that price!!!

I think the problem today with music is that everyone has instant access to there media. It can be so easy to use a remote control or mouse click to change the track. I should know as I'm one of the biggest abusers of this facility! I couldn't imagine a world without iTunes... In the old days (Yawn!) when I had glam albums on vinyl or cassette it was too much trouble to change the song so I listened to whole thing until it was time to flip the side.

I can happily play most of my glam albums from start to end. If they don't live up to that expectation then the decision is made to sell the CD or keep it in a cupboard as it may still have one or two tracks I like... I don't have room on my shelf for anymore CDs but as my music collection is pretty much complete it doesn't matter. It's gonna be a problem when me the girlfrield merge both collections

Ive gotta say The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars - David Bowie.
