Hey all.. new to the forum, lol.
I'm a huge fan of GNR and I absolutely love Axl Rose (he'll forever be without braids in my mind,lol..as well as all the posters that are covering my walls, :D ) I personally think Joe Perry's lost it, sorry to any Aerosmith fans out there, Joe Elliott....well...musically he's got it, Sebastian Bach, never lost, and Tom Keifer...woo...the man's never gonna lose it!

Surprisingly, it seems as though there's more that still have it than don't. I could list off a bunch that still got it but a few worthy of mention (to me) are:

Well, I think we're all agreed on Nikki Sixx - amazing still! I think he's hotter than ever and he freakin still rocks! (Same with Billy Idol.) Taime Downe kinda looks funky but sounded AWESOME when I saw them this summer! And, honestly, I think all of Def Leppard still has it - they sound freakin great and look great. Tracii Guns!

I think that Axl has definitely lost it. It being his mind. Hah. And, Vince Neil? He missed so many words and just sounded kinda bad live. But, SOLA, what a great CD so I guess that redeems him a bit.

Jon Bon Jovi... yes still has it and keeps getting it! That man gets hotter and hotter every year. He's aging well. He stopped my heart 20 years ago and he still does!

I think Vince has looked better...

    Hmmm...

Some dudes don't need a haircut as such as much as they need a new head of hair once in a while; I think Dave and Eddie go into that category. They should be able to grow it out again and look good, but it looks like they're not. Oh, well.

I thought Kiss had lost it from "Psycho Circus" onwards, but after hearing "Sonic Boom," they still have it. Still disgruntled about Tommy and Eric wearing Ace's and Peter's make-up, though.

Jani Lane has got to be the poster-boy for rocker's who've lost it...I dig the guy and feel horrible that booze has taken control of him(and Vince Neil). He's going to jail again for another DUI(as did Vince Neil recently)! POOR JANI! To go from this:

    To this!:

    It breaks my heart. :(

As far as those who still "got it": Hats off to Ozzy, Motley Crue(yes, even Vince!), Ratt, Bret Michaels, Gene Simmons & Paul Stanley.

You know, Warrant seems to have taken a lot of heat in the wake of their success (heat that, say, Motley Crue and Twisted Sister and Ratt didn't have to take), but I think it's largely undeserved. I saw them in a large-club setting and it was like a little piece of the Sunset Strip come to my town--a good, solid performance of decent music that was a cut above the run of the mill. So was Winger, TBH...but they were the ones on top of the scene when the long knives came out. (I'll leave aside the question of whether the long knives should've come out, except to say that if they were going to, there were lots of bands more worth using them on.) I know it affected Kip Winger--maybe it affected Jani, too.

jani lane has lost it for sure. it's almost pitiful :/

i agree on bret michaels, he's really got it and is clearly trying.
and all the members of def leppard and motley crue still have it too, i was genuinely impressed when i saw them last year.
alice cooper is still awesome too, i don't think he'll ever lose it.
