I like them. I like their music on the Final Fantasy animated videos. Another band I like that isn't my usual style is Blue October.

I despise them. I'd sooner poke my eardrums out with a skewer than listen to one of their songs. Utterly torturous!

Not my cup of tea either, not even black with six sugars

Poking my ears out with a skewer would not be that high on my to-do list...

I'm with Tara, that goes for Puddle Of Ddum too, although I always get both bands mixed up.

    Oh definitely.
I've had great friends who have liked bands I couldn't stand, and friends who couldn't stand bands I liked...or played in.

People say that those who listen to heavy metal are going to hell. Well... given that Nickelback are treading this Earth, I think I'm already there.

Nickleback is one of my favorite bands, particularly the Silver Side Up cd. But then again, it's just a matter of tastes. :)

I'm usually mellow about shit, but when I heard Nickleback, I ran to my room and cryed myself to sleep.

Just kidding, I just told my girlfriend at the time to change the fucking station. I hate almost every band from the 90's, Creed, ESPECIALLY NIRVANA, Pearl Jam... the list goes on.

If country, rock, and alternative had a gay love triangle, that would be Nickleback.

If you are going to trash it, at least learn to spell it luv. It is emo short for emotional. And I don't believe that Nickleback is in that particular genre. I don't know, though, After all, I was a teen in the 80s. I don't know that I can still hear properly.
