I have their two albums with Randy Rhodes on guitar and both albums are filled with raw energy and hard rock greatness.
I also liked Metal Health and Condition Critical. The 1988 Quiet Riot album with the new singer(forgot his name) was kinda sluggish.

"The Metal Health album broke hard rock into the mainstream. Great album. For us that remember, how many times did we turn up Cum on feel the Noize ? I still jam this record from time to time."
- Shadow_of_A_DoubtAnyone else into this band?

Kicker in the QR thing is that Randy Rhoads started out in Quiet Riot. Just before Metal Health was recorded he joined Ozzys band. Boots are out there with Randy playing guitar. One of the things that makes QR historic. Randy was among the greatest guitarists ever to play.

RIP Kevin Dubrow....I remember my step bro stealing Metal Health back in the day...jamming on the air guitars like crazy...Frankie Banali is one of my favorite drummers..I think Quiet Riot really helped launch the mid to late 80's metal scene!!!!
