I grew up listening to Jeff Beck so I couldn't believe it when i heard that he was releasing a live cd version of his performance at Ronnie Scott's jazz club.

i just got the cd and can't stop listening to it.

i also found a contest where u can win the album. christmas is right around the corner and i know a few of my friends would like this cd. lol.

    check it out

Picking just one would be hard to do. The 80's were a set of years that a ton of crazy music came from it and many people rocked it hard.....I am going to need to sleep on this one I think.

Oh my... how can someone pick a favorite musician of the 80's? Personally, I loved Ted Nugent, although he was not a big producer of music in the 80's.

Mick Mars Mick Mars Mick Mars! Mick is undoubtedly the best musician to have come out of the 80's. I mean there are so many that are great speacially around this era but no question about, Mick Mars is the best of all.

What a question. It's impossible to choose only one! Michael Monroe, Andy McCoy, Mick Mars, Kristy Majors, Nasty Suicide etc. I just can't pick one of them! Nooo, don't force me to!

I think I would have to go with Randy Rhoads as well, if we want to base this off musicianship anyway. Other people that deserve some credit are Slash, and a number of decidely un-glam people.
