BEST OPENING GUITAR RIFF

    It's pretty short, but the opening riff for I Won't Forget You by Poison.
    It reminds me of the part of the video where C.C. leaves his girlfriend and then gets on the bus, and I start to cry. So sad ):

    "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" by Hanoi Rocks. The guitar part for the rest of the song isn't all that riff-driven, but the first 15 seconds give me chills every time.

    "Rain" by the Cult. Nobody puts together a melody like Billy Duffy.

    "Who Are the Mystery Girls" by New York Dolls. Power chords FTW.

    Anything by Bowie that Mick Ronson put his hands to.
