I saw Y&T October 2010, he was in hospital at the time and they had a replacement bassist, I'm guessing he'll be permanent now.
R.I.P Phil, never got to see you perform, but you'll be missed!

Underrated bass player for sure.being a huge Y&T fan myself,I'm deeply saddened by this.I just recently aquired the last album I needed to complete their discography.they have become very, very influential to me,and the news hit me hard.I think I listened to Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark like a thousand times today.RIP phil
