    true i voted for Ratt...but i found it a very difficult choice, and you gotta remember it's only based on what i've heard so far from them both...which isn't much...but i'm getting there.

    I voted for Ratt too. I have a short attention span, but love when they put Milton Berle in their video. It was a hoot.

    yeh ratt is really good but they just dont have the great hits that crue has like "smokin in the boys room", "kickstart my heart", and many more....SO CRUE ALL THE WAY MAN!!!

    i know it seems like we are never coming back. i know it feels like we r never coming back. you tryed ur best and you knew it wouldnt last. they were the words they wrote on her casket!

    I saw him them last month and thought exactly the same thing...
    To be honest, I saw Vince last year and he wasn't sounding all that fantasitc either, but he was much more focused and put a lot more of an effort in than Stephen is doing these days.

    Motley Crue completely BURIES Ratt!

    I mean, Ratt was alright...but I only really liked about 3 songs by them.

    Half of that is because I never really took the time to hear more of their stuff, but still Crue destroys the Ratt material I heard.

    Motley Crue no contest! Too Fast For Love and Shout at the Devil shits on anything Ratt ever done. I do dig Ratt's material though, even though they get a little dull after a while.

    i honestly cant decide....i fucking love them both......stephen pearcy is a way better vocalist then vince neil however....i grew up on crue records so id say there pretty much even

    The Crue, hands down but don't get me wrong Ratt was good but they just did'nt have the punch Crue did. I saw Ratt when they first came out on the out of the cellar tour when they were opening for Billy Squier . sad to say Billy was better. I saw the Crue on the generation swine tour and they had not lost anything. l even got to be on the stage with the boys when they let the audience come up with them. that was the shit!

    RATT! i mean yeah motley crue stands out with there hits...but ratt is f-ing great. i mean i dont think mick mars stands a chance against warren demartinis guitar playing...hes one of a kind!

    I like early Ratt better than early Crue. Just a personal preference in the sound/songs. Late eighties Crue sounds a lot better than late eighties Ratt though, which is probably down to the respective production budgets. Overall I picked Ratt.

    Motley Crue smoke all the other LA bands, there's no contest.

    They were the coolest guys on and off the stage, check out some of their backstage videos or watch "Motley Crue Uncensored" (documentary filmed with them in the late 80's) and it's just them hanging out being cool motherfuckers!!

    Ratt were cool, but they were just a band. Motley Crue were an entire lifestyle, and they were fucking crazy to boot!!
