I love Quiet Riot a lot, they have some of the most rockin songs I've had the priveledge to listen to, but I'm going to have to go with Def Leppard, because they're one of the first bands I really got into, and the first concert that I really enjoyed. Plus I've got like three Def Leppard shirts, and I'm wearing one right now, so not supporting Def Leppard seems silly, lol.

i voted for def leppard..dont get me wrong quiet riot is a kickass band but...leppard just gets me more excited..the funny thing is im listening to "pour some sugar on me"..i still have my utmost respect for quiet riot though

I voted Quiet Riot.
I don't hate Leppard, but a lot of their stuff could easily be confused with Journey....granted, some of Quiet Riot's stuff can be confused with Slade, but of the two, I'd rather be confused with Slade.

it was tough but in the end i would have to say Def Leppard. Quiet Riot was only known for a few songs and Def Leppard was popular all through the 80s. You can get more than one album worth of songs stuck in your head for no apparent reason. lol

Based on the albums "High n' Dry" and "Pyromania" I voted for Def Leppard. I have basically disliked almost everything Def Leppard has done after "Hysteria".

DEF LEPPARD! I just love em!! =) They are basically the ones who got me into hair in the first place.
Also, agreeing with ya there RcksAngl. Definitely uncool. But then again, every band has been talking shit about every other band forever now. That's how it goes. Unfortunately, Joe stooped to that b.s. when he seemed to be above childishness now. Especially since Def Leppard is one of the only 80s bands to still be on "mainstream" radio now and selling out bigger venues, in my opinion.

"Quiet" honestly, I love Def Leppard but Quiet Riot's "Metal Health" and their other albums are amazing! I put that on "Metal Health" once every day, they have this raw edge that the Def lacks in some of their songs. I don't hate Def Leppard since my dad had almost everyone of their albums in vinyl and I was raised on that stuff. But in my mind it is Quiet Riot for me.
