Im sick of being a skinny fucker and my t-shirts are too baggy, even one that ive had since i was 5, and im 18.
    Any ideas?
I'm also on a student budget, so nothing too expensive like a gym membership or weights.

Not too sure on that one, but if it helps I was the same way until after I hit 25 and then poof it went away. Muscle builders never even worked for me when I was your age.

    What do you normally eat?

Ok, there is your problem. You need to eat plenty of lean proteins... chicken, fish, pork, etc. Do all sorts of pushups, pull ups, etc. You don't need to spend any money... just eat right and do the work. It will happen.

Yes, as headbanging38 says. How can you think you are going to be big and muscular if you are eating that junk? Do the work and you'll get there. And no, not cheap. Not if you compare it to purchasing fruits, vegetables, and lean meats at the market and cooking for yourself.

Ok, here is what worked for me. Everyone is different, so, what works for me may not work for you, but I’d say give it a shot. Ok, let say you get up by 7 am daily, work out until 7:30, eat breakfast [givingyour boby time to regroup and then shower, [help relax your muscles so they are not sore]. By 10, eat a granola bar or a cereal bar. Lunch is obviously next. I’d say a salad with italian dressing or chicken or tuna sandwiches. Remember, the goal is to eat healthy [lots of protien] about 3, eat another snack. Can of tuna or nabs or something small. Try to eat dinner by 6. Chicken or pork chops, spagetti, nacaronni, lot of choices and cheaper to buy groceries rather than eat out [and it is a million times better for ya bro.]about 8 or 9, the final snack. I boil an egg, mix peas and tuna in a bowl [drain both juices]break the egg up in my bowl, and apply a little lite ranch dressing. Good stuff. To hydrate yourself, lots of water [I do a gallon a day] and a protien shake. I use a product called Muscle Milk. 6 meals, even a granola bar is considered a meal, will regulate you metabolism, and the water will hydrate you and clean you body of stuff yo do not need. The shake is just good and is chalked full of nutrients, like pediacare for adults instead of children. The workout [or as I call it, let the fun begin]. I workout 6 days a week, three days muscle focus groups and three days of cardio and toneing my body. Remember, I have been at this for years, I would start 3 days a week and half a gallon of water a day [milk jugs work great]. I do 90 mins a day but sart at 30. Cardio, walk or run a mile [hills are better for you] find a step and go up and down the one. Go to home depot, in the cull bin, purchase a 2x4 or a 4x4 [.51 cent in the cull lumber bin] place a towel on your shoulder and do 3 sets of 10 squats. Push ups work wonders. There are several different types, regular, elevate you feet, diamond pus ups. Ect. Sit ups are great too. Also, do pullups.

And that would cost me roughly £100 a day, not helpful at all.
Student budget means i cant afford fancy stuff like that. I can afford cheap value things and nice stuff once a week.
I can afford to spend £20 a week, no more than that.

I am not really sure anyone could spend £20 per week and still manage to even eat enough to deal with what your body needs, let alone trying to bulk up. Do you have a job? Do you purchase food at a store, not always at fast food places?

actually, that is far cheaper than buying fast food all the time. Grocerys, and cut out fast food. you can cut out the shakes, simply said what i do. a 2x4 costs .51 cent [us currency]. water from a faucet is free..........all the exercises are free.
