Is it possible to delated a post(like if you post the same message twice by mistake.)

You can't just delete a post because you changed your mind. The software doesn't let you do that.

Before you hit the "Send Post" button, think like you've already made the post and ask yourself if you feel comfortable with it.

Double posts aren't deliberate and result from posters whose ISP pauses and they hit "Send Post" a second time, causing a repeat post.

No need to do anything about it other than be mindful of how it is caused. The moderators go around and check for double posts and delete repeat posts as part of their good housekeeping routine.
