    I use a mousse as foundation, Gel eyeliner, and volume mascara ^^and nail polish. I never go outside without

    Just thought I'd resurrect this thread and update on what my makeup "routine" is now. It's changed and been refined a LOT over 2 years!

    Day-to-day at uni, I tend to wear concealer and powder with liquid eyeliner and mascara. And some vaseline on my lips or something.

    When I go out for a "night on the tiles", I wear a lot more. Concealer, liquid foundation and powder. Eyeshadow in various colours but more often than not with black in the outer corner of the eye. I like to try and match my eyeshadow to my outfit in some way. If I feel like it, I will wear lipstick. I just need to remember to keep reapplying it which is a problem the more you drink!! Maybe I'll post photos of a couple of "looks" I've done soon :)

    i recently helped to teach a class on burlesque makeup to a local group i belong too. it is really amazing how you can borrow stuff from classic looks and mix it in with your own style to create your own glam look.

    i use a creme base, with a light powder, then i do a very bright to gothic look with the eyeshadow. my eyeliner and mascara usually match, i've been going with a green lately. a couple of dots of lipstick on my cheeks works great as a blush and then a dark lip liner with a lighter shade of lipstick. it all ties in together. Add that with long black and pink hair, and you are ready for a night out at the club.
