dude in the one with the red bass, with him in front he looks like a CC Deville Clone. What id recomend, just take the photo you like best to a hair dresser, and let them do the work of styling your hair. Its mainly just layering, but then you gotta do the hairspraying up on your own. Spray, back comb, spray back comb until it stays up.

You could probably make it yourself. What material is that? Get some and seam it up and stuff. Depends how good you are with the needle
