Buy and take some prenatal vitamins, they have the proper nutrients for your hair and nails to feed on. I don't know about the stuff you mentioned, but the prenates work well, and do it naturally. Also, massaging your head (ie your hair follicles) will also help. Just get a brush with good teeth on it and do that 100 strokes every night.

Your local Wal-Mart will carry them. Also, using Mane & Tail shampoo available at the Vets office can also help. I think it may be available at Wal-Mart etc these days, but the sure fire way to find it is just to hit a vets office. I have also heard, not tried, that acidofalous (sp?) mild will help.
On the vitamins, look at some of the more expensive brands and check the ingredients. You can usually find the same ingredients in the generic versions for much less money.

oh the hell with those stupid girls, trust me high school isn't the place for people like you/us to find someone as a soul mate, most people in high school are followers, they do/say/wear what the majority does. They are mindless little sheep follwoing the herd. If you step outside the box (like you) then you are labeled "weird".
Wait until you are out of school and in the world and experience more mature people...don't let those girls get you down. :P

Way to say it Ozzygirl! There are a few of the high school kids out there that seem to be kewl about things (I think a majority are on this site LOL) Once you get out of that area though, people in general tend to mature much faster. And, with maturity often comes acceptance. I dealt with that a bit when I was in school, but when I was in school this music was what was hot. However, like the girls in your school, I was a bit stuck up, If they weren't musicians or didn't have long hair, I didn't talk to them. -- Mama Bear

OK, this thread has gone far enough off topic.

Please continue the discussion on a new thread that's got nothing to do with accelerating hair growth.
