i have long wavy hair, and my bangs hit my collarbone. i always do a layered cut as it seems to tease much easier than a straight cut. and as far as color, i tend to prefer my natural black with a streak down one side in hot pink or purple. sorta like the pic above in the beginning of the thread.
on males, i just like long, don't know that i have a favorite style of it. maybe Keri Kelli back in the Big Bang Babies Days. long and straight, i know not overly glam of me to not like it all poofy, but honestly, the AquaNet can just get in the way sometimes. lol
