    Get it razor cut in layers....Blow dry it up side down. Or after it dry rub a dry towel on it(in circle motion). An hair spray the Hell out of it!!

    CC Deville looks great, but I could never make my hair look like this. It's not strong enough. I don't tease it. But highlights make it look more structured. I'm gonna get a friend to take a photo of me soon and send it. I'm not good with ditital cameras and stuff like that.
