Blue (or similar colours) hair

    Hey : D
    I want to colour some of my hair blue or purple or a similar colour.
    I was wondering if anyone here have any experience with that? My mother called a hair dresser (I want a hair dresser to do it, since i have never done it before), but she said they dont colour. They put on extensions instead, but i dont want that. She said it doesnt last very long when they colour.

    you could always just to see how it looks, get some temporary hair dye and or do just a little bit of your hair. Or Do it like Kim Hooker from Tigertailz with the edges of his hair and the top done blue (though hes a brunnette).Or just look at a different hair dresser. Its cool your mom is helping you out, its a bit awkward with my mom but its cool when she gives me advice for my nails and such. Abit odd since i wear more makeup then her or any girl in my family

    I've been dying my hair stupid colours for a little while now. Definitely get it done professionally because otherwise it will get damaged. If you ring a few hairdressers I'm sure you'll find what you are looking for.

    I am going to talk to a hair dresser today, and show pictures, since I think they misunderstood my mother. xD

    colors like that tend to wash out kinda fast. i had my hair red, and to keep it fresh i had to dye it twice a month, which was very demaging to my hair, so i had to color it dark, which i dont complain about.
    so if u want stripes of blue, extensions is a good alternative.

    Those stripes were cool : D But i dont think that will work in my hair x)
    But I went to the hair dresser yesterday and asked, so I am coming back to dye it : D Im dying it purple instead of blue, since she said that last a little longer.
