Just out of some curiosity, what goes on in the general day-to-day and weekly lives of Glamrock.com members? What do you do, where do you go, what company do you keep?

Weekdays:
Usually playing Piano and Keyboards and expanding my skills on those and studying Music Theory when I feel like it. Also watching WWE and TNA wrestling when it's on otherwise I don't watch TV. I talk to whoever messages me on AIM or MSN, there's nothing to do outside in my area so I don't leave the house by myself often. I do alot of art and writting when I need to remember stuff etc.

Weekends: Shopping, hanging out with family members, and usually doing stuff that makes the weekend more splendid.

Overall, I don't hang out with people outside of family that often.

Tuesday to Friday I work in a tattoo studio, blaring some music occassionally and having a laugh and meeting great folks.

Wednesday is Roller Derby training night.

Saturday isn't always party night. but generally good fun.

Sunda & Monday is my weekend so lots of drawing and sleep with some charity/thrift/vintage shopping sometimes thrown in.

I love my life!

Thats cool, what areas of Music Theory do you study?

Damn, that sounds awesome, Cherry =D Tatoo parlours sound a sweet place to work. But, one question- Whats a roller derby? Haha.

For me, monday to thursday... Sometimes I go to school... Mostly sit at home and try to write music, think of different clothes to get and blast music.

On Friday I have band practice, although the drummer wont show and the guys are assholes, LOL. But I still like them like, and we're getting real tight!

Saturday, I have Guitar Lessons in the morning and then generally breeze out in town with a friend or two, although recently I havent been doing that... Its fucking cold and everyones busy or something. Did you know highschool pupils revise? LOL

Sunday I either go into town or into the city to buy stuff, or relax Usually make some cool clothes, too.

I'm not so keen on my life though, it needs affirming. I've only just got it, if you know what I mean. I still need to find a 'scene', and a direction.

Something actually, a lot of people say I'm too 'Good'. I haven't been to a party yet, I dont drink really, and I havent taken any drugs apart from Weed and some hallucinagenics (although I am looking into getting into Cocaine). But I dont understand that. I mean, I dont take shit from anyone, and I do what I want wether I've been told not to or not. Just because I dont get pissed every night and care about nothing else doesn't mean I'm a pussy. I mean, I get this from guys who dont grow their hair because people might not like it, or they might get stabbed, or some shit, even though they want to. From people who are ALLOWED to drink. Thats not being bad, if all you like to do is drink, and your allowed to! What the hell?!

Grrrr.

Monday through Friday term time I'm supposed to be at uni, doing the incredibly rock and roll degree of medieval and early modern history.

I dont really go to lectures that much though :/

Weekends at uni are pretty much boring, don't go out cos there's nowhere to go.

On holidays I do basically sod all apart from go out on the weekends. My friends are awesome.

Lol, Medieval histories cool! I dont think I'd go to lectures either really though

And; I just mean trying to get some, basically, lol... Things arent presented to you in my circles, like, people are too stingy. No one will even put me in contact with a dealer incase I run into their stash or some shit. So I go out of my way to try things occasionally Not just drugs...

I'm studying Scales, Notation, and Structure right now and it's going well.

I didn't know we could talk about drugs on here, that's what I ment by Splendid things on the weekend.

I have another 9 months before I can buy booze legally but now I just smoke weed and turn cough syrup into powder

I said I was looking I havent really made up my mind

Although, I've been trying to get a couple of lines worth for a party I'm planning (Super-late birthday party ), just 'cause you can go crazy on your birthday, lol. i'd probably make my mind up then, although, if you think its a bad idea, I'll probably take your advice ^_^

I've only done cocaine when it was offered to me for free, I didn't find it all that great. I did shrooms once which was ok, I didn't trip hard because of the way my stomach was acting that night.

Dextromethorphan is my drug of choice, a high dose of that and you'll feel like you're on the moon watching the world go by.

Yeah. I knew it was addictive and expensive, like, but I never had been given real advice on it before, you know? I normally listen to people with more experience in something who are kinda' like-minded or someone who I respect before I do something anyway... The only advice I had gotton on it was from hardcore stoners- one was all for it, he says its more of a social drug, and that it suited me, and the other guy said I didn't have enough experience. Although the latter kind of annoyed me, because a lot of coke users dont even take other drugs. And the former guy, well, he doesn't seem to have bad experiences with drugs anymore, for some reason! So I didn't take his opinion /completely/ to heart, hahaha.

yeah, most people who say "DONT TAKE DRUGS" dont really have any experience with them, they're just regurgitating stuff told them by whoever.

basically, cocaine can be a lot of fun, it makes you feel really confident for about 20-30 minutes and it doesn't for me at least have that much of a comedown, its just that when they say "the best thing to do after a line of coke is another line of coke", they're not lying. Because its such a short, intense high you're craving more almost straight after, and well, too much makes me act like I'm Vince Neil, so its no fucking wonder rockstars have such massive egos. It makes you feel like the absolute greatest person in the world. Theres a lot of dangers though which you can find if you google it so I wont bother going into them :p

I mostly stick to shrooms, when I do anything. I fucking love shrooms.

Hmm... Yeah, see, that does really sound like my kinda' drug. I'd love to feel like that. But, I do see its pretty messy, like. I know all the dangers (although I refuse to believe the 'ITLL MELT YOUR NOOOOOSE' stuff, haha).

I'd like to take shrooms We went up looking for 'em one time - Northern Ireland is an A-grade country for shrooms growing naturally. But there were none, the winter froze them out, it came early. Damn! As my guitar tutor says, when your looking for shrooms, your dealing with the Pixies of the Glenns there I've had Salvia though, which is along a similar vain. Good fun

if you're looking to do cocaine you should consider ecstacy instead.
it's a similar body high but with E you get an awesome mind high too, and all the senses are really...sensitive i guess, haha.

ANYWAY...i like drugs

i'm in high school. weekdays i go to school, come home, work a little, and go out with my friends to do drugs, of course.
weekends i'm out all day doing the same thing.

my future is lookin bright, eh?

Dextromethorphan has similar properties that Ecstacy and Coke have. a DXM trip will last you over 8 hours then you get a afterglow instead of a hangover. The trip is mostly creative dreamlike experiences and extremely vivid dissociation with closed eye hallucinations and mind process that helps you see positive ways out of problems and what not.

The Afterglow lasts about 24 hours afterwards and you feel extremely energetic and motavated and makes you really sociable with anybody.

I haven't touched the stuff in awhile but on New Years I plan on another DXM Trip

I never tried DMT but DXM is legal in America and comes in Cough Syrup and Pill form. You can go to Walmart and buy it off the shelves. It's not like huffing paint or anything that kills brain cells, it's like taking a hit of Acid and tripping.

First of all, what kind of Robitussin is it? look at the active ingredients and Dextromethorphan hbr should be the only active ingredient. Anything else listed with it will cause sickness.

DXM is measured in milligrams, 4 oz bottle of Robitussin will have 354mgs which will make you trip pretty good, it's a great starter dose.

i'm not sure, probably the nighttime liquid and a standard daytime liquid?
the robitussin cough gels sounds delightful though, i may invest in some of those.

nighttime liquids have sleep aid chemicals and tylenol usually in it and that's bad and shouldn't be used. Daytime liquid you would have to look at the active ingredients. Remember "Dextromethorpahn HBR" should be the only thing listed under active ingredients, anything else is horrible.

Robitussin Cough Gels work excellent, probably the best pure DXM product that isn't syrup.
