I just read today on USA Today's website that the commander of US troops has stated that troops will be withdrawn at the end of this month on June 30th. I think that is excellent news because in my view it was pointless to begin with. I hate to bring in politics because is a very pointless subject to talk about since we all can't agree on it and once I start I can't stop. I just thought I would let every one know about this event. the link is http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/iraq/2009-06-15-odierno-iraqwithdrawal_N.htm

I hate discussing politics but I have to chime in. The Iraq war was a ill conceived war of aggression against a nation that was no threat to us at all, I support the troops but every single one needs to be pulled out of there. And Japan, Germany, England etc. World War 2 is over as if anybody hasn't heard. But were not out of Iraq their keeping 10.000 there for "security reasons". Sorry thats not out, we're still there. I won't name any names you can guess who said he's pulling them out but 10,000 are still there and the rest are going over to Afghanistan where again we have no business being. Don't want to offend anybody, oh by the way everybody check out Queensryche's new album "American Soldier" which is stories told from the soldier's point of view from WW2 to the current war, most guys just doing their jobs (my cousin's over there) love metal. We need to keep on track since this is about the music! Metal rules all!

Fuck politics, but I'm all for peace, since I would call myself a self proclaimed Pacifist. As a song once said,

    "I ain't no STUPID FIGHTER,
    I go for Flower Power!
    I've been runnin' every race
    Just to save my face!!"

Soo yeah, although I don't give a flyin' fuck about politics, politicians, and anythin' otherwise connected, I'm all for ending war.

Amen to that. I have one philosophy:"Leave Everybody Else Alone!" That doesn't just go for foreign policy but domestic as well. Fuck politics hell yeah! Long Live Rock n' Roll! Thats my political affiliation!
