Do you ever think the drivers around you must have gotten their drivers license through a mail order catalog?

Yesterday, I was on my way home. Driving on a road with a 55mph speed limit. I was approaching my turn, so I put on my left turn signal and started slowing down. Fortunately, I was looking in my rearview mirror, to be sure the cars behind me were slowing down too. Three cars behind me, I noticed a car pulling out to pass. That driver passed all three cars and would have slammed right into my door had I continued making my left turn.

Mail order catalog driver if ever there was one!

LOL, I saw your thread topic and thought "that can't be legal" My wife says I do more talking to the drivers around us than I do to her when she is riding in the car with me. I get so aggrevated at stupid drivers.

There are stupid drivers, and sadly I am one of them. Today I was coming home from the gas station and I was turning left at a red light. I figured I tripped the wire so I should get the arrow, actually I assumed that. Almost got hit because I went right after the light turned green. We're all stupid drivers at sometime.

The only thing you can do is be a defensive driver, and assume that all the drivers on the road are idiots and have no idea how to drive. It sounds a little harsh, but sadly it is quite true.

During winters, you would not believe some of the fools on the roads, I still see driving 10mph over the limit when its ice/snow on the ground, then about a mile up the road I see the same fool, in the ditch.

Syndrome, the part that gets me is that people post on it....including us??????

That's not to mention when I was once T-Boned on my bike. The car driver came to my aid as I was lying flat on my ass in pain. The first thing she said after terminating the call on her cell phone was in this whiny voice was "sorry, I didn't see you"....

Maybe I could start up a thread on who likes motorbikes and who rides one?

My sisters are bikers. Yeah I'll bet they'd appreciate that. Some drivers should just not get behind the wheel.

Anyway, the drivers around here are absolutely terrible. Almost all of them actually

And people wonder why I hate driving.

I just installed a nice stereo in my car. I got tired of the traffic and other drivers in a hurry. Now I just take my time and listen to my stereo and let the other people get stressed. Here in Phoenix people get shot when drivers get mad.

i don't drive...it wouldn't be safe...but i'll get a mail order liscence if there's one going.
