so yeah what do you celebrate, and what did you ask for?
i personally asked for a new iPod, New York Dolls t-shirt, T-Rex t-shirt, and The Decline of Western Civilization Part 2: Metal Years on DVD.

I still get gifts from family for Xmas but no I do not do Christmas. I do Yule instead. :) And I ask for the same thing every year: sanity.

Santa doesn't stop at my house to give me gifts anymore. He only gives those underage! Not fair but it comes with growing old. I really would love a new lap top though...

Christmas looks pretty sad this year. Everybody is just broke... it's pathetic. My husband and I are managing one gift for everybody and that's all we can do. We'll probably get each other 3 or 4 small things (movies, cd's, itune cards). My parents always send us money, and his parents usually buy us some small things. They're in the same boat we are this year though, so I'm not expecting anything earth shattering unless somebody hits the lotto or something. I've asked repeated if they'd just not buy me anything this year. I honestly don't need anything, and I'd feel better about not being able to buy much for everyone if they'd not buy me anything. But I can't convince anyone.

All I want is a bottle of vodka and to not hear Nan bitch to me about going to Thailand

I typically don't get much because I ask for it. I would rather have money spent on my kids. But, secretly, I'm hoping Santa brings me the ipod touch!

All I wanted this year was a new toilet and I already got it. Sad, huh? My young boys were clogging the toilet every day. I was sick of plunging. So, my husband brought home a shiny new toilet and I'm plunge free!

I found an absolutely amazing deal for some gifts for my husband. He loves the show "Weeds", and Amazon had complete seasons 1 - 2 - and 3 on Blu-Ray for real cheap. Seasons 1 & 2 were under $14 each and Season 3 was under $19. He is going to be so happy, and I'm glad I could get him something he really wanted.

I will take your quote, replace vodka with whiskey (I do not drink vodka anymore), and then replace Nan with spouse. Thailand is quite nice, have a good trip when you go. :)

That is pretty simple here dorkstarmy93, and I applaud you for it. When you have to shop for people that get all complicated it peeves me off. I think I will just buy me some clothes after the holidays when the prices drop back down. :)

So this year for the holidays it seems someone knew that I caught my eye of a new shop that opened up downtown. It sells anything and everything that is not the norm. Needless to say I have a ton of funky clothes and new ear rings from Santa this year.

For Christmas I ended up getting a digital camera, Guitar Hero 4, Grand Theft Auto IV, NPPL Paintball, Saints Row 2, Gears of War 2, and Call of Duty 5 for my Xbox 360. I got all 3 Jeff Dunham DVD's, a black top hat..not as tall as Slash's...but still sweet. I also got a ton more than that.

I got a bunch of clothes and money. Money is all I really asked for. I'm saving up for my 3rd tattoo. It's going to be the beginning of a sleeve. ;D

I got money, gift cards, an Alter Bridge cd, a couple of dvd's, and a bunch of small stuff that would take forever to list. I actually got so much that I felt bad about not being financially able to give more.
