    That's an interesting point for discussion. And for Merchenstein to give us some trivia (which I love!!)...
    Did Maiden & Wrathchild cross paths and play the same circuits in the early days? Wer e they mates? Did they respect each other? Or were they rivals due to the difference in styles and image?
    Rocky & Marc formed Wrathchild in 1980, right?
    Maiden recorded their song Wrathchild in '81, so were they playing it live during '80?
    Did Rocky hear Maiden playing it and think 'hey, that would be a great name for a band'?
    Or did Steve Harris see Wratchild play or maybe see a gig poster or flier, and think 'hey, that would make a great title for a song?

    i think they were quite friends judging by the thing that the nukklear rokket video was produced by bruce dickinson...so there is a big chance that they are friends (btw clip sux , song rulez)

    Really fall in love with this band,I like very much their music,I like their evil and the power of their songs, it's a shame that they passed so quietly ... Anyway I hope to see them soon live, in my opinion is a band that deserves very much!

    Well that's a pretty dumb comment seeing that Wrathchild were around at least 2 years before WASP - so who ripped off who?
