WITHOUT YOU (no, not the Crue song...)

    We've seen the demise of several great glam bands because of disputes between members. Some of them are done for good. Some of them work it out and reunite. And some of them carry on with replacements.

    My boys in the Crue carried on without Vince. Skid Row and Ratt carried on without their frontmen, too. I'm sure Neil, Bach and Pearcy all thought their bands would fall apart without them. Oddly enough, I thought Motley sounded less like THE CRUE without Tommy Lee.

    So I ask the question: Could any of the following bands survive without their "most important" member? Some are frontmen, some are not...

    **Could Cinderella survive without Tom Keifer?

    **Could Motley Crue survive without Nikki Sixx?

    **Could Twisted Sister survive without Dee Snider?

    **Could Kiss survive without Gene Simmons or Paul Stanley?

    **Could W.A.S.P. survive without Blackie Lawless?

    **Could Aerosmith survive without Joe Perry?

    I know some/all of these seem like obvious answers NO. But think about it...would you see any of these bands again with replacements or sound-alikes?

    deffinatley not, even though hes not very good at singing without the raspyiness he made cinderella and had a unique voice

    musically yes, live not at all
    **Could Twisted Sister survive without Dee Snider?
    i dont think so dee again made twisted sister like tom made cinderella

    **Could Kiss survive without Gene Simmons or Paul Stanley?
    gene and paul were the founders of kiss, they couldnt be replaced ever

    **Could W.A.S.P. survive without Blackie Lawless?
    same thing with kiss wasp isnt wasp without blackie they were even able to find a replacement for chris holmes which i thought was impossible though blackie is such a unique songwriter and singer

    **Could Aerosmith survive without Joe Perry?
    mabye but perry has such an orignal style it would be hard to say

    Clould Cinderella survive without Tom Keifer?
    No, Cinderella is one of my favorite bands, and i love watching the videos for their songs. If Keifer wasn;t in the videos i'd hate it. Plus i'm friends with him on myspace.

    Could Motley survive without Sixx?
    No, if you really go deep into the lyrics he writes they are so meaningful and deep and Sixx's lyrics are what makes Motley's songs sound the way they do.

    Could Twisted Sister survive without Dee?
    No! who else could fill the place of looking like an asian drag queen wearing spandex so tight it's almost scary?!?!

    Could KISS survive without Paul or Gene?
    Gene, maybe if they tried hard enough but i don't think without Paul would work too well.

    Could W.A.S.P survive without Blackie?
    Are you fricken kidding? No way!

    Could Aerosmith survive without Joe?
    Hell no. I'm not totally sure how they could even survive without Steven!!!
