I think that the lead vocals of Jetboy had the biggest hair.

it puts the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again

Nitro had some big ass hair.

As far as 80's bands go I'd have to say Nitro. If we're talking all glam bands in general in the 90's Heart Throb Mob and Glamour Punks couldn't be touched.
