Definatly one of the most forgotten about hair/glam bands. i really havn't seen them mentioned alot on here. weird cause they really had the look, hudge hair, lots of make up and the tight leather clothes. lol whatcha ya think?

yeah their late 90s stuff was a little harder than their older stuff. but i heard that they still play together. the last how i heard about was when they were playin cruefest in 2006 when Stevie Rachelle discovered Vains of Jenna

Tuff were right amongst the LA scene in the 80's along with Crue, Poison, Dokken, Ratt, Gunners etc.. They should have been just as big and popular as those guys. But for some reason (poor management, I believe) they weren't signed until '90 or '91 and by that stage the Glam as we all know and love (from a commercial perspective)was in its death throes...

Stevie toured her a couple of years ago.

Tuff is a mad cool band, they just seem under-recognized...they just came at the wrong time, I think...
I agree with RcksAngl...American Hair Band is the greatest song ever-- it's a great anthem (beats the original version of Kid Rock's "American Badass")!!

Tuff, great band. It seems even when they did get a little harder with their 95' album "Religious Fix" but even with that album they stuck in the game, well Rachelle their lead singer did. Their comp "History of Tuff" is awesome. Has the song "American Hair Band" which was played in above post. Love those lyrics. They just came out at the wrong time.
