Strongest Glam metal scene outside LA in the 80s

I'm a bit of an anthropoligist and am interested in Glam bands that came from outside LA. The city that immediatly comes to mind as second best is Philadelphia(cinderella, britny fox, heavens edge, tangier, roughouse,pyramid). What are your opinions/knowledge on the glam scenes of Florida,Atlanta, Memphis/nashville, Baltimore, Phoenix, Texas, San Francisco, Chicago any city.

I do believe Twisted Sister originates from New York.. Then again, TS is pretty much Glam Metal sans the Pop influenced music, 'sept ferr a few fisbangin' tunes!

Oh, and there're a lotta Brittish and Aussie Glam bands as far as I know, but I'm pretty naive about that stuff since i'm just some asian dude livin' in L.A. soo yeah

Oh, and there ain't no Glam scene in my country..

Hmmm I usually avoid answerin' that question, but since I have mentioned it before, I'm actually from the Philippines... Yeah, it blows there.. It suckks over there badd!!
