I've been in the industry for awhile now. I've made friends with many "names". I am a promoter and producer who just started on my own to get away from other agencies' agenda's that don't include Glam, Hair Metal, or anything close to it. Working for others, I've nearly starved while the bosses have made big money off of my successes. Yes, everyone needs to keep a roof over thier head, but I'm about the music, and the fun and good times that most of the kids today are missing out on, AND SEARCHING FOR!!!
There would be nothing greater than to put together an all-day show with nothing but Glam Rock and present to the kids a different way to have a good time besides standing around with fake gold and cockeyed baseball caps flashing gang signs while listening to words with a beat talking about murder and crack. They need an out from the darkness!
But I can't do it alone! If you agree with me, and want to help kickstart the fun and good times again, please let me know through Glamrock.com or my agencies' myspace profile:

It's all coming back in a big way out in LA and southern Califonia. Let's help spread the epidemic that's coming! PEACE!

That's OK. Bobby Dahl and I were housemates back in '80 and '81 before he went back to PA and hooked up with Rikki, Brett, and thier first guitarist, Matt. But that was then, and this is now. If I were to get the help I need to do it, there's a great possibility to put a "Glam-slam" tour together and bring the music back to everyone starving for it. It's coming back in a big way in LA right now. And with that, it should spread pretty quick throughout the country. Everything is there, waiting to happen. The only thing needed is corporate sponsorships. Anyone out there that can help get the job done will definately have a big spot with us as well as the time of thier life!

Well poisonfan5, you have every right in the world to believe and like what you want. This IS america, not communist Russia. Personally, I don't see any musical talent in it. Where are the music instruments? Where's all the schooling and skills? Where are the melodies? Any 2 bit fast talker can rap. And that's the magic of it. All the kids have big dreams of being a rap star cause they can rap the rap! Oh well, like I said, to each his own.
