Hanoi have been my favourite band since about 1985 (thats how old I am...). Seen Hanoi a number of times and seen Mike doing his solo things a few times too, hes just awesome in every possible way.
    Best. Band. Ever.

Well Hanoi... just plain kicks ass rock!!! I remember hearing the name and I was like what a cool name. I heard the band and was blown away! These guys are just stripped bare glam rock. I love "Tragedy" and "Back to Mystery City." My uncle had one of their vinyls. Pretty awesome band.

I love Hanoi Rocks, Michael Monroe was (and still is) one of the sexiest men I've ever seen

definitely a great band. one of my favorites, in fact. I could listen to them all day. they got me fascinated with glam punk. I actually started listening to some underground stuff.

Yesyeyseysyeysyeysyes! They are the band at awoke the glam monster in me! I went to see them play with Wednesday 13 supporting (on paper it was the other way around. but it shouldnt have been). I was stadning there amongst the horror punks thinking "Screw dis. Im going glam biatches!" I got some rather strange looks as I was the only one of the masses shouting "Hanoi! Hanoi!"

Best band of the 1980s by a wide margin IMO. This band is derived straight from Chuck Berry via the Stones/Faces, NY Dolls ie the good stuff! They were everything a great rock-n-roll band should be and nothing it shouldn't. Definitely in my top 5 bands of all time.

No one seems to have posted here in a while but what the heck. My little...hehe...obsession with this band has been going strong for many years. Mr. Monroe is the cherry on top of the whole glam scene (at least for me) together with Andy McCoy.

I am very fond of Hanoi Rocks, was one of the first glam band that I listened, and I always listen at them with great pleasure.I saw them live in 2005 together with Adam Bomb, it was really wonderful! In my opinion they're great artists, in every way.
