So I was listening to KROQ and I heard Papa Roachâ€™s new single Lifeline. I loved their song Hollywood whore, especially the video... CRAZY video. lol but Lifeline is even better.

Give your opinion... I say it's good ish.

I'm not a huge fan of Paparoach but I think their music is pretty good... my favorite song is "To Be Loved"

I'm not a fan. My nephew used to like them, and he and I rarely see eye to eye on music. I don't think he even likes them anymore. His tastes seem to change pretty quickly.

Papa Roach is a good band. I love the song Scars I dedicate that song to my ex. Describes my ex to the T. I don't know if they would be considered glam though.

Motley Crue may have liked them enough to tour with them, but that doesn't mean I have to like the Roach too.

There are a few good songs out there, decent, whatever you want to call it. Would by room be plaster in their posters I doubt it, but do I stick cotton in my ears when they are on no.

they are a very good band just their songs are declining through the albums.scars was played wayyyy to much.one last kiss and to be loved are kickass songs. last resort is just a classic.nuff said

I may be in the minority with my opinion but i think Papa Roach are a total sell out band.

Sorry if people dont agree with me.

The only songs i like are "Last Resort" and "Crash"

liked them when i was about 6-7 years younger nice band but the nu metal style they adopted it's kinda shitty

on their new album they went but like johnny priest said its pop metal that i dont prefer.and i agree with you miss cherry.they sold out terribly

I think if they stuck to their original sounds (with some new stuff thrown in) it would have been fine.

But to go all out and change image to fit the times its just not cool.

Whilst i like when bands evolve and change, i dont like bands that simply change to "keep up with the jones'"

Yeah, but they never sold out, since they had already sold out the moment they formed their band. The music is commerical, unoriginal, and just plain bad if you ask me. Even when they first started out, I still didn't like them.

I don't know, some people can take them, I'll leave them. Just never really got into them, it is cool some of you are into them and I don't begrudge you guys at all. Each person has their own cup of tea this cup of tea happens to taste like annoying. I am not some close minded 70's/80's snob, but I have high standards, glad Papa is doing what they like, playing their music and making money at it, good for them but I won't buy their records.

I don't like them at all. My friend likes them so I tried listening their music, because my he wanted me to. Not my kind of music.

Okay, Last Resort is pretty great, but one good song is not enough...

yeah if all their songs stuck to their old sound, it would be very good music.to be loved is a hint at the past but still dosnt live up 2 the expecations.and bout bands that changed their image for style, motley crue totally did that.i dont think they did it cuz they liked it, i think they did it 2 become more popular.and look where it got them.kickass heavy metal haha

Papa roach's music gets better with every release.....Lifeline is without the best song they have ever written...and the new drummer adds a lot to there power now.....juat wish to god they would tour australia....

Wish I would've thought of that one. Completely true, my friend had their piece of shit new album on his stereo, it made my stomach churn, my eyes water and I wanted to destroy something. So I ejected the CD and threw it out the window, at first he was pissed but then he started laughing, then I popped in Quiet Riot and everything was OK.
