Who the fuck is Pat Boone(?!) most of you are probably asking about now. Well he is a singer from the 50s/60s(your grandparents would probably remember him). Anyway, in '97 he put out an album a covering rock/heavy metal songs in swing style. It is so fucking hilarious/sad/scary what he did the likes of:

    **Dio's "Holy Diver"
    **Metallica"s "Enter Sandman"
**Judas Priest's "You've Got Another Thing Comin'"
    **Van Halen's "Panama"
**AC/DC's "It's A Long Way To The Top(If You Wanna Rock n' Roll)"
**Alice Cooper's "No More Mr. Nice Guy"
And of course Ozzy's "Crazy Train"! Which was actually used as the theme song for "The Osbournes" reality show. AND believe it or not Dio himself contributed vocals and Ritchie Blackmore contributed guitars to the album!

JUST FOR LAUGHS, GIVE 'EM A LISTEN, SEE HOW MUCH YOU CAN TAKE!! :D

Well aware of Pat Boone, he did the same thing to rock n' roll and rockabilly songs in the 50's. He took the black sound that was "threatening" America and turned it vanilla white. Guess he did that with metal tunes too, in fact I had heard Metallica was surprised and stoked that he covered "Enter Sandman". Funny stuff.
